I recently had an issue with my internet connection and was getting very frustrated with trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own. I decided to call and Ajay help me a lot. I felt lucky enough to be connected with him and receive clear instructions on how to restart and reconfigure the router. From the beginning he was very patient and understanding as I explain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Ajay a call. He is the best!

Good quality service and quick connection. We signed the contact on Saturday night and get connected on Sunday. At first we cannot connect to the Internet and called the service line, their staff responded immediately and helped us solve the problem within 2 business days. They also have student discount and can choose Chinese service, recommend!

所有電信營運商在用戶住宅中安裝的網絡終端設備統一稱為光纖網絡終端機（ONT，Optical Network Terminal），又名光纖盒。部分公司可能會有特別的命名習慣，比如nbn™命名nbn™網絡終端機為NTD，而OptiComm公司的設備遵循慣例稱為ONT。光纖網絡終端機的作用是轉換光纖傳輸的光信號到一般路由器可以接收的電信號。此外，光纖入屋網絡的光纖網絡終端機可以同時支持多個不同的網絡服務。
光纖基礎建設費（NDC）是由澳洲政府規定新開通網絡的用戶必須向光纖基建公司（如OptiComm）繳納的費用。從2016年起，所有新建住宅初次連通網絡時都必須繳納此項費用。此費用收取的目的是轉移一部分光纖基建公司的建設成本至受益者（網絡用戶）。所有的網絡營運商都會代替光纖基建公司（如OptiComm）向新住宅初次開通網絡的用戶收取此項費用。
