I recently had an issue with my internet connection and was getting very frustrated with trying to troubleshoot the problem on my own. I decided to call and Ajay help me a lot. I felt lucky enough to be connected with him and receive clear instructions on how to restart and reconfigure the router. From the beginning he was very patient and understanding as I explain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Ajay a call. He is the best!

Good quality service and quick connection. We signed the contact on Saturday night and get connected on Sunday. At first we cannot connect to the Internet and called the service line, their staff responded immediately and helped us solve the problem within 2 business days. They also have student discount and can choose Chinese service, recommend!

- FTTN – 光纖到節點：光纖會鋪設到離您家最近的nbn™網絡節點。從nbn™網絡節點到您的住宅這一段傳輸線路，nbn™會利用已鋪設好的電話線，來傳輸網絡信號到您的住宅內部的電話線接口。您需要準備一台支持VDSL2技術的路由器(VDSL Modem)來連接到FTTN的nbn™網絡。
- FTTB – 光纖到大廈：光纖會鋪設到您所在公寓樓的地下通信機房。住戶通過樓內預先鋪設好的電話線和通信機房連接。您需要準備一台支持VDSL2技術的路由器(VDSL Modem)來連接到FTTB的nbn™網絡。
- FTTC – 光纖到路邊：光纖會鋪設到離您住宅比較接近的馬路路邊，您的住宅仍需通過電話線連接到路邊光纖的通信井。光纖到路邊是最新的nbn™網絡技術，可以提供穩定且高速的網絡服務。您的住宅中需要安裝一個由nbn™提供的 FTTC通信終端（簡稱NCD），並連接到住宅中的電話線接口。此外，您還需要準備一台路由器（NBN Router）連接到NCD。
- HFC – 混合光纖同軸電纜：和FTTN類似，光纖會鋪設到離您最近的nbn™網絡節點，但從nbn™網絡節點到您的住宅這一段路程中，網絡信號通過已經鋪設好的同軸電纜傳輸，而不是電話線。您的住宅中需安裝一個由nbn™提供的 HFC終端到您的住宅中的電視電纜接口。此外，您還需要準備一台路由器（NBN Router）連接到HFC終端。

您可以預約的時間取決於您的住宅附近地區nbn™公司技術人員的時間。可選預約時間段為早晨的8點到12點，或下午的1點到5點。如果您預約了某個時間段，請確保在這個時間段內您可在家等候。 nbn™技術人員有可能會在快到達您住宅的時候給您電話通知。請您確保：
- 如果您是租客，安裝過程中房東需同意安裝或者本人在場；或者如果您指定了其他人代替您負責安裝，負責人需在場，且所有設備正確安裝在您希望安裝的位置。
