Wow what a service! Shaminder was absolutely epic to deal with, we moved into an apartment and he got us all connected and sorted so quickly with 1 phone call. He went above and beyond and his customer service was absolutely incredible. If there was 10 stars I’d be giving it. 🙏🏽

Technical call was answered straight away - no wait time. Nikhil was absolutely fantastic! He had a lot of patience with me (someone with zero technical skills) & was able to talk me through properly connecting my router. Great customer service.

It’s not often that I’ve needed to contact OCCOM for technical support, but on this occasion, my call was answered promptly. The consultant, Kuldeep, showed exceptional patience while assisting me—especially given the challenges of my poor mobile reception. He worked through the troubleshooting process thoroughly and professionally. In hindsight, the issue could have been resolved more quickly had I paid closer attention to the information being provided. Overall, a great example of good customer service.
